How AI credits work

One credit covers one word of the source text sent to AI review or AI translation, and each segment uses at least one. Lexora shows how many credits a job will use before it runs, and your memory fills what it can first, for free.

Each plan also has a monthly fair-use cap on what AI costs to run for your account. Normal work stays far below it: using every credit on Pro reaches about a fifth of it. Very long segments use more of it. If you ever reach it, AI pauses until next month, even if you have credits left.

AI is off until you turn it on for a project, so you can work for clients who don’t allow it. If you don’t use AI and don’t share the project with a team, the text you translate stays on your computer.

Renewal and cancellingYour plan renews automatically for the same period, at the price shown, until you cancel. Cancel any time on your Whop memberships page or by emailing hello@lexorastudio.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and the rest of that period isn’t refunded. Consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK can withdraw within 14 days of buying and get a full refund: just email hello@lexorastudio.com. The terms of service have the details.

Questions about pricing

Is there a free trial?

Yes. 14 days with every feature, Teams included, and 15,000 AI credits. No card is needed. The trial starts at your first sign-in and is once per person and computer.

What is the difference between Pro and Team?

Both have the whole editor, every file format and AI. Team adds working together: shared projects, a translator and a reviewer per document, and seeing who is working where. One Team subscription covers 3 people, each with 700,000 AI credits a month; Pro is for one person, with 400,000.

Do I need AI credits to use Lexora Studio?

No. Translating, translation memory, glossaries, checks and export work without AI and without credits. Credits are used only for AI review and AI translation, in projects where you turned AI on.

What happens to unused AI credits?

They don’t carry over. Credits renew every month on monthly and yearly plans alike.

On how many computers can I use it?

On 2 computers per account. The app checks your plan when you are online and keeps working offline for up to 7 days at a time.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, on your Whop memberships page or by emailing hello@lexorastudio.com. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK can also withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of buying and get a full refund. Email hello@lexorastudio.com; the terms of service have the details.

Do prices include VAT?
