Signing in
Your account is the same here and in Lexora Studio. There is no password:
- Continue with Google takes you to Google and back.
- Or type your e-mail, choose E-mail me a sign-in link, and click the link in the e-mail.
Your 14-day trial, with every feature and 15,000 AI credits, starts when you first sign in in the app. No card is needed.
Your plan and computers
This page and Settings → Account in the app show your plan, when it renews or when your trial ends, your AI credits, and the computers your account is signed in on.
- An account works on 2 computers. To use a third, sign one out here or in the app.
- The app works offline for up to 7 days at a time. After that it asks you to connect once, so it can check your plan.
Buying or changing a plan
Choose Pro or Team on the pricing page, here, or in the app. Payment is handled by Whop.
- Buy with the same e-mail you sign in with, and your plan arrives by itself. In the app, I’ve paid, check again checks at once.
- Change your plan, see receipts or cancel on your Whop memberships page.
- Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Your projects stay on your computer.
Bought with another e-mail
Use the licence key from your Whop purchase. In the app, on the plan screen, open Bought with another e-mail? Use the licence key, paste it, and choose Use this key. A purchase can belong to one Lexora account only.
Teams
With the Team plan, open Team in the app’s sidebar and create your team. Invite people with a code; each code works once, for a week. One Team subscription covers 3 people, its owner included. Teammates sign in with their own Lexora account and join with your code.
Something not working?
- No code e-mail: check your spam folder, then ask for a new code.
- Google sign-in in the app doesn’t come back: make sure Lexora Studio is open, then try again.
- Windows warned about the installer: it may happen while the installer isn’t code-signed. Choose More info, then Run anyway.
